Easy to use application that allows you to search and view the geographical location, postal address, contact number, and timing for the nearest NADRA Registration Center. You can also filter the NADRA center that suits you on the basis of the center type (ordinary / executive) and operating hours.
The application offers the following features:

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) was established as National Database Organization (NDO), an attached department under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan in 1998.
National Identity Card (NIC) is issued to the citizens of Pakistan. It is a blend of state-of-the-art technology and well-defined business rules to guarantee its authenticity and validity. The unique 13 digit identification number is recognized all over the country. It is the first requirement of individuals as it is mandatory to obtain documents like license, NTN, bank account, passport, a cellular connection, etc. Every citizen of Pakistan, 18 years and above, is eligible for NIC.
“In order to facilitate the online applicants applying through id.nadra.gov.pk, NADRA is introducing Online Complaint Management System expanding its customer’s reach through Audio and Video calls via Skype.
All customers who have any complaints or require information pertaining to online ID card services shall be able to talk to the Director Pak ID directly via Skype ID pakidentity@outlook.com every Thursday from 1500Hrs to 1600Hrs PST.
In order to facilitate the maximum number of customers, the following parameters need to be considered:
- Audio/Video call duration is a maximum of 3 Mins for each.
- Complaints regarding online processing will be answered only.
Availability of Fingerprints for Services in Pakistan
If you intend to use any service(SIM issuance, opening bank account, vehicle registration, etc) in Pakistan that requires fingerprint verification, your fingerprints must be on file with NADRA. To determine whether your fingerprints can be used for these services, please use the form.
